Where is your store located?
Our store is at 446 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM. Walk-ins welcome.
How do I book an ATV tour?
Book online at quadhollar.com, call us at (912) 270-5222, or stop by our Gatlinburg store. Once you book, you’ll get the park address and everything you need to get ready. We’ll also text you a reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before your ride.
How much does an ATV tour cost?
Honda Rancher: from $129. Honda TRX 250X: from $149. Can-Am Outlander 6×6: from $189 (fits two riders). Every tour is 90 minutes on private trails. Helmet and safety briefing included.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your ride, no fees. If something comes up, we’ll work with you to rebook for another day during your visit.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings? Sure. But during peak season, spots fill fast. Book a week or more ahead if you want a specific time and machine.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Call us at (912) 270-5222 and we’ll work it out.
Can I reschedule instead of canceling?
Yes. Schedule conflict, bad weather, whatever it is. We’ll find you another time.
Can I buy an ATV tour as a gift?
Yes. We’ll set it up. The person riding just needs to fill out a driver waiver before the tour.
What times do tours run?
Five times a day: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
How long is the tour?
90 minutes on private off-road trails through the Smoky Mountains.
What can I expect on the ride?
You drive your own ATV and follow a guide through Smoky Mountain dirt trails. Climbs, descents, creek crossings, mud holes, S-curves, switchbacks, and a scenic overlook with views you won’t forget. All on a 400-acre private park.
What should I wear and bring?
Closed-toe shoes and long pants. We provide a helmet. Gloves, goggles, and bandanas are available to buy on-site. For colder days, we’ve got snowsuits you can use during the ride.
What happens if it rains?
We ride 365 days a year, rain or shine. Mud makes the trails better. Severe weather? We’ll reschedule you for another time during your visit.
What if I'm late to my tour?
Call us. We’ll get you onboarded as fast as we can and try to catch you up with the tour in progress.
Can I take photos and videos during the ride?
Not while driving. But there are stops along the trail where you can grab all the photos and videos you want.
Is there parking at the location?
Yes. Free parking on-site.
Do you operate year-round?
365 days a year. Rain or shine.
Is there an age requirement to drive?
Yes. 18 or older. Passengers on the Can-Am Outlander 6×6 can be any age.
Can my kids come on the tour?
Yes. The Can-Am Outlander 6×6 fits two riders. A kid rides as passenger, an adult drives. It’s the only ATV in our fleet that takes a second person.
Can I bring a passenger?
Only on the Can-Am Outlander 6×6. The Honda Rancher and Honda TRX 250X are single rider.
Do I need experience to ride an ATV?
Never been 4 wheeling before? No problem. We walk you through everything before you ride. You’ll feel comfortable on the ATV before you even hit the trail.
Do I need a special license?
No. Just a valid photo ID. You must be 18 or older to drive.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets aren’t allowed on the tours.
Is it safe to ride while pregnant?
Follow your doctor’s advice before booking.
Is there a weight limit?
No weight limit.
Is there a waiting area for non-riders?
Yes. Outdoor seating area at the main base while your group rides.
Can someone with a disability ride?
Depends on the disability. You need to be able to operate the ATV safely for the full 90-minute ride. Same guidelines as driving on public roads. Contact us before booking and we’ll figure it out.
Which ATV should I choose?
Honda Rancher: smooth and steady. Honda TRX 250X: lighter, sportier. Can-Am Outlander 6×6: the only one that fits two riders. All three ride the same trails.
Are the ATVs safe?
Yes. Every rider gets a safety briefing before the tour. Follow the rules and this is a safe experience.
What safety gear is provided?
Helmet included. Gloves, goggles, and bandanas available to buy on-site. Yours to keep.
Is personal insurance required?
No. Personal insurance is optional. We don’t offer supplemental insurance on-site, but we recommend checking your own coverage before your ride.
What's the difference between an ATV and a UTV?
ATV: smaller, handlebars, you ride it like a motorcycle. UTV: bigger, steering wheel, side-by-side seating like a small car. Quad Hollar does ATVs. Our sister company Off Road Gatlinburg does UTVs.
